The District team is comprised of two halves, the scouting team and the executive team. They have different and distinct roles that compliment each other to bring an exciting program to the young people in Stone.
District Commissioner – Phil Elliot
Phil took on the role of District Commissioner in 2019 when he returned to scouting after a little hiatus. He was a manager with BT for many years and the MD of his own printer supply company based in Stone.
